Hey all, I am trying to figure out how to use the software and not get vac banned. Is there a tutorial for the best settings?

Cs2 vac
Hey everyone, the other day I got a 20hr vac cooldown. The reason went some like there was irregularities in games or something. I was going pretty hard but no aim bot. Any suggestion?
